A comparable report run from January-June of this year shows that Show Low Bluff has moved 16 lots to an Under Contract or Sold status whereas competing developments have moved 0-4 lots on average to an Under Contract or Sold status. In addition to these outstanding numbers we are also proud to note that our prices have increased by $1,500 since November of 2008 in comparison to the correction that has been experienced in other developments.
