Show Low Bluff
Updated maps, news, and information are available at http://www.showlowbluff.com/. We do have a few lots left in Sitgreaves Park 1, and Sitgreaves Park 2. Penrod Commerce Park has 14 parcels currently available for purchase. The Hub (the planned 120+ acres of commercial) brings many new and exciting benefits to our area. It's purpose is to enhance the current down town of Show Low. Residential lot prices are between 67K & 79K. Penrod Commerce Park Commercial parcels range from 550K to 1.4K.
